e-mail/fax them directly from the client profile. ProHunt Client is fully integrated with Job Order,
Interview, Placement & Activity information.
Contact & Candidate
Store all contact and candidates profile information. Maintain resumes for fax or e-mail. Record
employment history, skills/rating, education credentials and references. Links with all other ProHunt
modules.
Job Order
Track permanent or temporary job orders. Store job description, skills required, bill rates, pay
rates, placement fee, start date, salary range, fringe benefits, client department and contact. Fully
integrates with all ProHunt modules.
Web Interface
Post your job orders to your web site. Candidates browsing your web site can search these job
orders using selection parameters. They can apply to any of the jobs selected with their resume attached,
which adds a 'to-do' for the consultant.
Interview
Connect candidates with clients' job orders. Identify type of interview as internal, client, resume
presented or offer presented. ProHunt keeps interviewer name, notes, rating and links to candidate,
consultant, job order and other modules.
Placement
Indicates Candidate, Client, Contact, Department and Job Order. Record start date, job type, location,
pay type, salary and more. Billing information includes invoicing description, client contract #, fee
type, salary and 3 levels of taxes.

Easy Search & AutoMatch
ProHunt's advanced search technology examines your candidate and job database to fill available job
orders with qualified candidates. Using common day-to-day searching criteria ProHunt's search engines retrieve
desired information quickly and efficiently. In addition to defined fields and extracted skills, ProHunt
can search original resume information, notes and comments for any word combination.
Form Letter
Create common document templates with 'rich text' capability, that allows you to merge your Client,
Contact, Candidate and Job Order information automatically. You can then fax or e-mail the resulting document
directly from ProHunt.
Time Sheet
Record time worked for temp or contract workers, by day or week, to specific Job/Work Orders. Enter
work-related notes or performance comments for the person placed. Generate invoices from the time sheet
entries and placement billing rates.
