The software is designed to provide flexibility in establishing client branded plans with unique business rules, rates, benefits, agent commissions, tax rules and multiple levels of sophisticated premium breakdowns on a per plan basis.

ISIS manages policies that may contain single, family or group policy holders purchasing a single or multiple plans. Each plan under a policy contains full detail and indication of all policy holder(s) for future claims. An ISIS policy contains detail financials with history of all transactional detail, historical claims detail, user entered tasks, activities, comments and notes.

ISIS manages all aspects of issuing and adminstrating claims, correspondence, and multiple payments to different sources. It tracks all the necessary data to facilitate generation of several invaluable claims loss ratio reports to clients and underwriters.

A new module to ISIS is online medical claims management "MCM" with billing and automatic claim issuance capabilities for fully authorized users. This module provides online management of the entire cycle of claims case request, with availability of qualified contact information, playability/ repatriation rules, user tasks, comments and notes.

The software design allows for sophisticated reporting for sales, agent commissions, plan premium breakdowns, plan analysis, claims loss ratio, and other financial reports. All reporting data may be exported into spreadsheets for further data mining and analysis.
