Richmond Hill, ON, November 26, 2003 - Microtrends Computing Services announces the release of a web-based software solution to Pottruff & Smith Travel Insurance Brokers for policy administration, plan management, claims processing and advanced management reporting.

Pottruff & Smith Travel Insurance Brokers provides fully integrated services in the delivery of custom, privately-branded travel insurance products, including out of country medical insurance, to selected retail travel and loyalty agencies in Canada. ISIS is used to set-up customized plans for each client with unique business rules/rates, agent commissioning, policy management, processing and payment of general and complex medical claims. In addition, ISIS provides sophisticated web-based reporting and data analysis to Pottruff & Smith's clients and insurance underwriters.

Microtrends teamed with Pottruff & Smith to develop an enterprise, web-based solution on Microsoft's .NET Framework.
